Persistent Opel Corsa Multimedia Malfunction

I bought a new Opel Corsa, and I regret it. I am quite disappointed with Opel; the multimedia system is not functioning, and I was informed about an update problem. The issue was resolved, but a week later, the system malfunctioned once more. Yet another software update was completed, but it still failed to function. This is a new experience for me. I have been disappointed by Opel. I advise against it; steer clear of this car brand, everyone.
