Opel Failed to Fix Manufacturing Defect in My New Corsa After 6 Months of Waiting
Although almost 6 months have passed since the process I started by applying to the service on 21.06.2024 due to a production-related defect in my Opel Corsa vehicle, which I bought new, it has not been completed. Although it was determined in the reports that there was a production error, my grievance was not resolved for months. Even though I requested it during the process, no effective information was given to me, and the disruption caused by Opel in the operation is obvious. I wish I would never buy a vehicle from Opel again. There cannot be a brand that is so unqualified in both the product they produce and the service and customer service process. Even though I know that I will not get any results from this complaint, I am writing to recommend those who are in the process of buying a vehicle to stay away from Opel and instead prefer alternatives such as Volkswagen, etc., even if they are second-hand. If your choice is Opel, the result will be regret.
