I Can't Pick Up My Opel Mokka From The Dealer!

I placed an order and paid a deposit at the Opel Balaban dealership in Antalya, but I still haven't received my car! I made the first payment toward the purchase of an Opel Mokka on April 8th. Then, on May 17th, I made the final payment to settle the debt. Despite the fact that the vehicle passed customs inspection and an invoice was produced, I have yet to receive the car, despite the fact that the transaction occurred about 32 days ago. I am extremely irritated because this situation does not provide any kind of customer satisfaction, and no one can provide me with any specific information. I demand that my already-purchased car be delivered to me as soon as possible.
