Nike Order Came Wrong, Refund Process Not Finalized For 15 Days

feeling bummed about my recent order from Nike.com. ordered some shoes, but they sent me sandals instead. I've been trying to return this thing, but the whole refund situation is a mess. They haven't even credited the refund amount to my account yet. I've been talking to your customer service rep, and they said they're taking care of the issue with the right people, like Ms. S****** in logistics and the finance department. But, like, it's been weeks of going back and forth, and the situation is still not sorted out. Nike's refusal to own up to this totally preventable screw-up and their constant dodging in their explanations are seriously freaking me out. It's been 15 days since I requested a refund, but still no sign of it.
