Onwin Withdrawal Cancelled After EGT Win Balance Deleted

I am an Onwin user with the username “Sametc***00”. On 2 February, I requested a withdrawal of ₺200,000 via bank transfer. After this transaction, my withdrawal was cancelled and my entire balance was deleted from my account on the grounds that I allegedly violated the rules. Before this, I had deposited ₺50,000 and lost it, and then I received a ₺7,500 loss bonus. With this loss bonus, I played on the EGT provider and won ₺200,000. I then created a withdrawal request for this amount, but the withdrawal was cancelled and my balance was completely deleted. When I contacted live support about the issue, they told me that there was a “misunderstanding” between them and the EGT provider and that for this reason my balance had been cancelled and deleted. I have been playing on this site for years and in the past I have been able to withdraw when I won in a similar way. I have invested very high amounts in this site for a long time, and I find it unacceptable that as soon as I win a high amount, such an excuse is produced and my balance is deleted. If a platform treats a long‑time user like this, it means that the same situation can happen to many other users as well. I request that my deleted balance be immediately refunded to my account or, if this will not be done, at least the total amount I deposited into the site be returned to me. I also expect a clear and written explanation of which exact rule I allegedly violated, why the agreement problem with the EGT provider is being reflected onto me, and on what grounds my withdrawal and balance were cancelled.
