2I am writing as a user from Mexico regarding a recent subscription I paid for on OnlyFans. Two days ago, I purchased a one‑month subscription to a creator’s account, but the creator has not been active for months and is not responding to my messages at all. I feel misled as I paid expecting recent or ongoing activity and some level of interaction, but the account appears abandoned. Despite my attempts to contact the creator through the platform, I have not received any reply. In this situation, I request a full refund for this month’s subscription, as the service I paid for is not being provided, and the creator is completely inactive.
