I Face SuperLive Account Inactive Error And Cannot Access My Funds

Today, I attempted to log into my SuperLive account to check my messages, but I received a “user is inactive” message and was unable to access my account.

Since support is only available within the app, I currently have no way to contact customer service from my account screen. I use this account to withdraw my money, and I am extremely concerned that I cannot access the app, my funds, or my messages.

I have not made any subscription payments; I only use the account for withdrawals. I request that my SuperLive account be urgently reactivated, that my access to my messages and funds be fully restored, and that I be clearly informed of the reason why my account was marked as inactive.
