OSM Did Not Deliver Promised Liverpool 1984 Jersey Despite Winning

In Online Soccer Manager (OSM), it was announced that winners of the previous tournament would receive a Liverpool 1984 jersey. I managed to win three championships with three different teams, yet I never received any response or reward. The prize that was publicly promised has simply not been delivered.

This is unacceptable. Either OSM should provide the promised prize or refund all the money I’ve spent on the game. Right now, the game has become less about fair play and more about frustrations and unaddressed problems.

Players are subjected to insults from other managers, and there is no proper complaint system within the game to report abusive behavior. On top of that, some managers are selling matches between themselves, which completely undermines the integrity of the competition. Despite these issues, there is no way to properly report or resolve them.

I demand that OSM deliver the Liverpool 1984 jersey reward immediately or issue a refund. If the game cannot provide fair rewards and a functional complaint system, then it fails its players and loses its credibility.
