OSM Reset My ₺870 Million Galatasaray Account Without Reason

In Online Soccer Manager (OSM), I had built up a Galatasaray account worth 870 million. I received a notification that one of my players had been sold, and when I clicked on it, the game suddenly reset my entire account. Everything was wiped out as if it had been renewed, and I lost all my progress in an instant.

I did nothing to trigger this reset, yet my account was erased and I am unable to recover it. This is extremely unfair given the amount of time, effort, and dedication I put into developing my team. Years of gameplay and progress were destroyed within seconds.

This situation shows a serious failure in OSM’s game management and updates. A player should never lose their entire account because of a system error or automatic update.

I demand that my Galatasaray account and progress be restored immediately. If this cannot be done, I expect proper compensation for the time and effort I invested. A game should reward commitment, not punish players with glitches that erase everything.
