Monopoly Double Charge Issue: Refund Request Denied

Yesterday, I purchased a package in the Monopoly game for an event, but I was charged twice. I immediately requested a refund, yet the reasons provided for denying my request were completely unreasonable. At the very least, I asked for one of the charges to be refunded, but they refused. Now, I am demanding a refund for both charges. They claimed the rewards were used, but the game automatically credited them when I logged in—I didn’t even use the dice rolls. I feel misled and unfairly treated. This issue needs to be resolved promptly, and I expect Monopoly’s support team to process my refund immediately and address this double charge.
