My Onestream broadband connection suddenly dropped on 15/12/24. I got customer service very away and they reassured me the outage was only local and under control. My neighbours still had a perfectly working internet connection, though, after verifying with them. When I followed up once more, I was informed the technical crew was "actively working on it." Day four here, and I still lack service with no obvious update or expected fix schedule. My capacity to work from home has been seriously affected by this lack of openness and unpredictable service. It is annoying because Onestream cannot restore the service right away or offer correct information. This circumstance has gotten really unbearable, so I need a solution right now.
