Dealing with MTNL has been a pure torture. Almost daily, maybe several times a day, the internet connection drops leaves me without any service. I have to call customer care every time it occurs, which adds still more difficulty. The officials either ignore or respond scriptedly, such as "the issue will be resolved shortly," yet the internet is down for hours, if not full day. Having spent more than a year as a client, I can boldly state that the service is not worth even the most meager dollar. Monthly payments for something I hardly use feel like a hoax. MTNL must drastically raise its dependability and customer service if it is to keep even devoted users like me.
