MTNL Broadband Drops Constantly and Ignores My Complaints for Months
The most letdown internet service I have ever used comes from MTNL. The link drops continuously, and there are whole days without network at all. Over the past four months, I have complained several times, but they have all been totally disregarded. Though they have been following up often, nothing has been done to fix the problems. MTNL seems not motivated in attending to consumer issues or delivering the promised service. I pay for essentially useless broadband, which is a total waste of money. The level of service is much below what any client is entitled to. I regret picking MTNL and would strongly urge anyone against making use of their broadband subscription. Look somewhere else for consistent internet.
