Omix O1 Icon Overheats and Has Charging Problems

I am writing regarding multiple problems with my Omix O1 Icon smartphone, which I purchased for ₺11,665.83.

Shortly after purchasing the device, the transparent case included with the phone developed bubbling and swelling around the lower part of the camera area. This caused the case to lose its proper appearance and fit.

When the summer season began, the phone also started experiencing noticeable overheating. Because of this, I had to lower the screen brightness and use the device with reduced settings as a temporary workaround.

Later, another problem appeared while charging the phone. After approximately 20–21 minutes, the charging process stops and then starts again. This repeated interruption makes me concerned about the battery, charging system, and long-term reliability of the device.

Although I can still play games and complete my daily tasks on the phone, I am dissatisfied that a device purchased at this price developed several problems in such a short period of time.

I respectfully request that both the Omix O1 Icon phone and the included transparent case be replaced. I ask that a product exchange be provided so that I receive a new, fully functional device and an undamaged case.

Please review my complaint and provide a fair solution as soon as possible.
