Omix Did Not Deliver Android 13 Update
Omix, the so-called manufacturer, promised a 2-year update guarantee; however, although that period expired a few months ago, only security patches have been released and no other updates were provided. According to this guarantee, the device was supposed to receive two major Android updates—Android 13 and 14. Yet, Android 13 hasn’t even arrived. I checked with other users, and many are facing the exact same issue with no clear response from Omix. It feels like the company has completely abandoned support for these devices. As Omix users, we now demand that our devices be updated to the latest Android version.
