Redmi Note 13 4G Won’t Get HyperOS 3 Update Despite Two Year Promise

I was very eagerly waiting for the HyperOS 3 update for my Redmi Note 13 4G, but I have learned that my phone will not be receiving it. I want this situation to be corrected immediately. A phone released in January 2024 should receive all updates at least until January 2026. Despite Xiaomi’s promise of a 2-year update guarantee, the company is not standing by its commitment. I feel wronged and dissatisfied with this decision. I request that my complaint be reviewed and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
