Xiaomi 13T Hasn’t Received Any Updates for 15 Months

I have been using my Xiaomi 13T for over a year, and in the past 15 months, I haven’t received a single update—neither HyperOS nor security updates. This is unacceptable for a flagship device, especially when similar models in other regions are receiving regular updates.

My phone has started freezing and lagging, and without software updates, performance issues keep getting worse. It’s frustrating that Xiaomi sells this device as a fully supported model but then fails to provide necessary updates.

I demand an immediate response and a clear timeline for when the next update will be released.
