Oleg Cassini Staff's Post Sale Reluctance, Tailor's Incompetence

In October 2025, we purchased a wedding dress and shoes from the Oleg Cassini Cevahir branch, in Istanbul Turkey, paying approximately ₺60,000. We encountered a lack of attention after the sale. I'd like to detail the alteration issues we experienced with the dress: We requested that the "globes" at the bust of the dress be replaced with white instead of yellow. However, the tailor replaced the inner padding with a rather large white globe and made it according to his own preferences. When I explained that it was too much, I was told, "I sewed it once, it can't be removed." The bottom of the dress and the edges of the lining were pitch black and dirty when delivered; either it wasn't the dress we tried on, or they had gotten it dirty while working in the workshop. After receiving the veil, we noticed that the pearls and stones embroidered with fishing line had broken in some places, and attempts had been made to repair the broken fishing line by hand-tying them. The length of the dress had been incorrectly measured, and the tailor had hastily cut it with scissors, leaving each layer crooked. The pearls on the long pearl veil were glued with silicone, and in some places the pearls had slipped, leaving the silicone smeared. Furthermore, the inner lining of the dress delivered had tears and holes that weren't there before. I believe the dress and veil we saw during our try-on were not the same as the one delivered. Finally, the shoes we paid ₺6,000 for were defective, and even though they weren't received, they refused to accept returns. We had no further contact with customer service. The staff's friendly attitude before the sale, their reluctance afterward, and the tailor's incompetence caused us significant stress in the lead-up to the wedding. We had to buy the dress out of necessity. I definitely don't recommend this brand.
