U.S. Polo Assn. Not Exchanging One Month-Old Unworn Sweat
Hey everyone, I bought this sweatshirt from the U.S. Polo back on August 1. I didn't use it because, you know, it's a winter thing. I got my usual size, L, but today when I finally tried it on, it's way too big. No biggie, I thought, since it's still brand new and exchangeable... Well, turns out, it isn't. I hit up U.S. Polo's customer service pronto, only to be hit with the news that they can't exchange it because it's been more than a month. Mind you, the thing hasn't seen daylight or left its bag. Now, I'm just baffled. I mean, seriously, it's never been worn! How hard can it be for this big company to swap it for a size M? Apparently, it's rocket science. anyway, think twice before you dive into shopping with them. Don't end up stuck like me.
