I have been unable to complete the identity verification process on my OKX TR account for the past three months. Every time I try to upload my ID, I keep receiving error messages such as “ID upload failed” or “System error, please try again later.”
I attempted this process multiple times using different devices and internet connections, but the problem remains the same.
