Before you check your "Order History" and "Transaction History" in your OKX account to see if the trade went through, make sure that your OKX trade order failed.
When funds are briefly held because of system processing delays or order cancellations due to price changes, they may look like they have been taken out.
If the money doesn't come back in an acceptable amount of time, take screenshots of the failed trade that show the order ID, timestamps, and amount that was taken out.
Send a detailed support ticket to [email protected] or the OKX Help Center (https://www.okx.com/help). For a faster probe, include your registered email address, account information, and proofs of transactions.
