I recently purchased 56 PI coins on OKX, and although my balance clearly shows the coins in my account, I’m completely unable to make any trades or withdrawals. Whenever I try to initiate a transaction, the system responds with a “no crypto balance available” error—even though the balance is visibly there!
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. If my coins are in my account, why am I being blocked from using them? There was no warning, explanation, or restriction disclosed at the time of purchase. It feels deceptive and makes me question the credibility and transparency of OKX.
I demand an urgent explanation and resolution from OKX. Either unlock my PI coin balance for use or process a full refund immediately. This kind of issue deeply impacts trust and should not be happening on a platform that claims to be reliable.
