I have been trying to cancel my OkCupid subscription, but despite my attempts, the platform continues to charge me every month. I initially purchased a one-month subscription, but after the first payment, OkCupid kept withdrawing money from my account without my consent.

When I go to the subscriptions section, even though I purchased it with my card, the cancel button does not work and redirects me to a form that leads nowhere. The subscription doesn’t appear on Google Play either, making it impossible to manage from there.

Adding to the frustration, OkCupid has no visible customer support, phone number, or email address to reach out for help. I am completely stuck with no way to cancel this subscription and no response from the company.

I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the unauthorized charges. This kind of forced renewal with no clear cancellation option is unacceptable. Please fix this issue immediately!
