I Can’t Log Into My OkCupid Account After Paying for a Subscription

I am extremely frustrated! I recently purchased a subscription on OkCupid, but now I can’t log into my account using either my email or phone number. Every attempt results in an error, and I have no way to access my profile.
This is unacceptable—I paid for a membership, yet I can’t even use the service! If OkCupid can’t fix this issue immediately, I expect a full refund or for my account to be deleted.
OkCupid, resolve this issue now! I need access to my account, or I want my money back. Please fix this immediately! Has anyone else experienced the same problem? I need answers!
