How Can I Delete OkCupid Profile?

I subscribed to OkCupid and paid for premium features, but while using the app, I was suddenly logged out without warning. Since then, I’ve been receiving a “general verification error” and cannot log back in. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, as I am unable to use the app or even delete my profile.

Despite paying for the subscription, I am locked out with no solution in sight. I expect OkCupid to address this issue promptly and restore my access or assist in deleting my profile. As a paying customer, I feel ignored and frustrated, and I urge the support team to resolve this matter immediately.
