I’m very frustrated with the Off mosquito repellent spray. I’ve bought it multiple times expecting proper protection, but the product does absolutely nothing. It has no smell, no effect, and honestly feels like I’m just spraying plain water. I genuinely believe these bottles are filled with water and sold as repellent.
To make things worse, I noticed that some of the sprays have their expiration dates erased. But by the time I realize it, I’ve already used the product. This is not just misleading—it’s a serious health and consumer safety concern. I shouldn’t have to waste my money on a product that doesn’t perform its basic function.
I’m planning to escalate this issue to CİMER and other regulatory bodies if I don’t receive a proper response soon. I expect Off to issue refunds for ineffective or tampered products, and take immediate steps to inspect their supply chain and packaging practices.
