I Bought Off Twice and Got Disinfectant Instead of Mosquito Spray

I have a mosquito allergy, so I rely on trusted brands for protection—Off being one of them. That’s why I chose Off again, assuming I was buying a reliable product. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I’ve been let down. Instead of mosquito repellent, the spray bottle contained what smells and feels exactly like a disinfectant. It offers no protection whatsoever.

Right now, it's 4:17 AM, and I can't sleep because I’ve been bitten by mosquitoes multiple times, despite having applied the spray. This is not just frustrating—it's a health issue for me.

I urge Off.com to investigate the manufacturing and quality control of these products immediately. I’m asking for a formal explanation and a full refund, and I expect the correct product to be sent without delay. No customer should have to risk their health because of mislabeled or improperly filled products.
