I Regret Buying Johnson’s Off Lotion – It Doesn’t Work at All

I purchased Johnson’s Off lotion expecting effective protection, but I’m extremely disappointed. This product does absolutely nothing. I applied it multiple times, especially in areas with mosquitoes, and it provided zero protection. It feels like I’m just spraying plain water on my skin. For a product priced at ₺100, I expected at least some level of performance.

From the texture to the scent to the results—it’s all deeply underwhelming. I truly feel misled by the branding and marketing. It claims to protect, but in reality, it offers no defense against insects. My complaint isn’t just based on a single use—this is from consistent personal experience.

I’m calling on Johnson’s and Off to either improve the formula or stop selling a product that doesn’t deliver. I also expect a refund or compensation for this completely ineffective product.
