I Paid ₺150 for Off Mosquito Repellent That Doesn’t Work at All

I’m currently staying at a resort and, in an effort to protect my family from mosquitoes, I purchased Off mosquito repellent spray for ₺150—assuming that a well-known brand would deliver results. Unfortunately, the product did absolutely nothing. In fact, we got bitten even more after using it.

I sprayed it on exactly as directed, expecting at least some level of protection, but the mosquitoes didn’t seem affected by it at all. I honestly feel like I paid ₺150 for a bottle filled with scented water. What exactly is inside this spray? Because it’s clearly not doing its job.

This isn’t just about wasted money—it’s about consumer trust and product responsibility. A brand with this much recognition should never sell a product that performs this poorly. I’m extremely disappointed, and I do not consider this purchase fair or acceptable.

I demand that Off either issue a refund or provide a product that works as advertised. Customers deserve effective protection, especially when paying a premium price for a product they believe is reliable.
