I Used Off Mosquito Spray on My Child and Found Conflicting Labels and Expired Dates

I’m shocked and outraged by what I discovered on a bottle of Off mosquito repellent I used on my child. The product had two different labels with mismatched manufacturing dates, and neither date made any sense. How can a company so widely trusted allow such a critical product to go out with inconsistent or falsified date labels?
I only noticed the problem after applying it to my child’s skin—which is absolutely unacceptable. As a parent, I feel betrayed and worried about the potential health risks. This isn’t just poor quality control—it feels like gross negligence. I’m not the only one either. Others I’ve spoken to also noticed duplicate labeling and mismatched expiry information.
Unfortunately, I’ve lost the receipt, but that doesn’t erase the fact that something is seriously wrong with this batch. I’m filing a formal complaint and holding Off accountable. If any health issue arises, I will place full responsibility on the brand. I demand an immediate investigation and explanation from the company. These products must be recalled and properly inspected. Consumers deserve safe, correctly labeled, and effective products—nothing less.
