I Had Skin Rash and Itching After Using Off Mosquito Repellent Spray on My Arms

Hello, I’m writing to report a serious skin reaction I experienced after using the Off mosquito repellent spray. I applied the spray three times to each arm while sitting outside, thinking I was protecting myself from insect bites. However, just 3–4 hours later, I noticed intense itching, redness, and swelling on both my arms and hands.
There’s also a burning sensation, which is not only uncomfortable but also concerning. I’m now planning to see a doctor, as the symptoms have not subsided and may require medical treatment. I used the product exactly as instructed, so there’s no reason this should have happened.
I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about the safety of this product. I trusted Off as a reliable brand, but this experience has shaken that trust completely. I’m filing a formal complaint and expect the company to address this health issue seriously, investigate the product's formulation or batch, and cover any medical expenses if needed. Consumers deserve to know what they’re spraying on their skin. Please respond urgently.
