Unauthorized Oculus Game Purchase Charged Without Password or Approval

My son downloaded a game from Oculus without my knowledge, and the payment was taken directly from my Enpara bank account without requiring any password or approval. This is completely unacceptable and should not happen. Online transactions must require verification and explicit authorization to prevent unauthorized charges.
Both Oculus and the bank’s system are at fault for allowing such a transaction to go through without proper security measures. This practice seems to violate consumer rights, and I need guidance on how to address this issue.
I demand a prompt resolution from Oculus and Enpara to refund the unauthorized charge and ensure such incidents don’t happen again. Consumers deserve secure and transparent payment processes.
