I Face Double Reservation Problem on Obilet and Missing Refund

I made a reservation through the Obilet app for Business Park Hotel Ankara, with check-in on April 11 and check-out on April 12. Later, I canceled this reservation and created a new booking at the same hotel for the same dates. However, the first reservation I requested to cancel does not appear as canceled in the system, is not listed under canceled bookings, and I have not received any refund. At the moment, I have two active reservations for the same hotel on the same dates.
My reservation numbers are 510343 and 510308 (the one I requested to cancel). I was charged $69 for the first reservation using my credit card, and I paid $64 for the second reservation using my debit card. When I contacted Obilet’s online assistant, I was told that my cancellation had been completed. However, when I called the hotel, they informed me that both reservations are still active in their system and that no cancellation has been reflected. I also spoke with Obilet customer service by phone, but they simply repeated the same process as the online assistant, and the issue was not resolved.
Due to this confusion, I am experiencing significant inconvenience. I request that my reservation with number 5103***08 be fully canceled and that the $69 charged for this reservation be refunded to me as soon as possible.
