Nttgame Is Ignoring TPT (Third-Party Tools) Use in Knight Online Despite My Reports

In the game Knight Online, which is published by Nttgame in Turkey and developed and published by Mgame, we regularly purchase the paid Premium Advantage package every month and make multiple in-game cash purchases. However, the use of third-party tools (TPT) is prohibited in this game. When the use of illegal software is detected, the corresponding account is permanently banned. Despite this, I believe that Nttgame administrators are turning a blind eye to this issue and not penalizing the majority who use TPT, and I even suspect they are collaborating with them, turning this into a separate business venture. Even though I have reported, with video evidence, the clear use of TPT by certain individuals to the administrators, and many other players have made similar reports, no response is given, and the issue is being covered up. When we try to discuss this matter in a proper manner by creating topics in the "General Discussion" section of the game's forum, these topics are quickly closed, and no action is taken against those using TPT, which is clearly prohibited in the game. While we are paying around ₺10,000 monthly and following the rules, those using TPT through illegal means face no consequences. This situation is causing us to face unfair competition despite the fees we pay. I request that a solution be found to this issue. The video is attached. There are many similar videos, but the game administrators are aware of this and are turning a blind eye. I demand that the reason be investigated and a solution found.
