Unjust Permanent Ban on Valorant Account Due to Third-Party Software Despite No Cheats Used

I am submitting this ticket based on the video I provided. In the video, the user streaming is running various cheat programs like scripts, aim, aimbots, and triggers on a separate software platform rather than installing them directly on their computer. Since the cheats are not installed on the computer itself, neither Vanguard nor Microsoft’s virus protection detects them.

The user in the video, whose account is shown, is also involved in elo boosting and selling accounts for profit. We invited this person to our Discord and recorded them using hidden OBS. Although we couldn’t capture audio, the evidence is still quite clear. It is frustrating that while such cheaters are not banned, I am facing an unjust ban.

I request that this issue be addressed, as I am innocent. I have submitted 70-80 tickets to Riot Games, but they have only been closed without any response. I am currently facing a permanent ban due to third-party software. Since Season 2, I have invested ₺25,000 in this game, all of which is now wasted due to this ban. Despite my efforts to report cheaters daily and being against cheating, my account has been restricted. I urge Riot Games to resolve this issue and remove the ban.
