Before purchasing the Novakid program, I received constant messages and reminders to subscribe. However, once I purchased the program, the support completely disappeared. Messages are ignored, there is no contact number available, and all the teachers are fully booked, making it impossible to schedule lessons.
When I decided to cancel the program, I received no response from the company. Additionally, I discovered that they automatically save credit card details and charged me for six months without any confirmation. This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. I no longer recommend Novakid and request an immediate resolution, including the cancellation of my subscription and the removal of my saved card details.
