Nivea Wipes Skin Irritation Complaint – Request for Product Review

On September 20, I purchased Nivea 3-in-1 Refreshing Cleansing Wipes from Gratis. I used them twice, and my daughter used them once. After each use, both of us experienced burning and redness on our faces and around our eyes, so we immediately stopped using the product.

We checked the packaging, product content, expiration date, and scent, but found nothing unusual—the product seemed completely fine.

Following this unpleasant experience, I emailed Nivea customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet. I no longer have the receipt or invoice, but I’m requesting a refund for the product. Additionally, I believe that a major brand like Nivea should review its product formulations and take steps to improve the safety of its ingredients, especially for sensitive facial areas.
