I purchased the Nivea Revitalizing Cleansing Gel from Gratis and used it on my face. As soon as I applied it, my skin started burning intensely. About 30-40 minutes later, my mother noticed and said, “What happened to your face? It’s completely red!”

I suspect the Nivea product caused this reaction, as nothing else had come into contact with my skin. The burning sensation and redness were alarming, and this experience has made me question the product's safety. I expect Nivea to address this issue, investigate the ingredients for potential irritants, and ensure that no other customers go through such discomfort.
