I have been using both Nivea’s Soothing Face Cleansing Foam and Nivea’s Refreshing Face Cleansing Foam for several years. However, every time I use either product, I immediately experience redness, a burning sensation, and irritation on my skin.
At first, I used the Soothing Cleansing Foam, but when I noticed these reactions, I decided to try a different type — the Refreshing Cleansing Foam — thinking it might be more suitable. Unfortunately, the same skin reaction occurred with that product as well.
I purchased both products from Gratis, but I no longer have the receipt or invoice. My skin is not sensitive, and I don’t have any specific dermatological conditions. After checking Şikayetvar, I found that many other users have reported similar issues. Despite this, I find it hard to understand why Nivea hasn’t improved the formula or addressed these complaints.
I expect a clear explanation from Nivea regarding why this problem occurs and whether the company is taking these widespread complaints seriously.
