I Used Nivea Derma Skin Clear for the First Time and Got Redness and Itching

I used the Nivea Derma Skin Clear Toner for the first time on Saturday, and it caused severe burning, pain, and redness on my face. Initially, I thought it might be due to my own skin sensitivity, but when I used it again today, the same problem occurred. After both applications, I experienced intense burning, redness, and itching on my face.

I’m quite surprised and disappointed to have such a strong reaction from a product that’s dermatologically approved and marketed as skin-friendly.

I purchased the toner from a Cosmetica store in Antalya, but I currently don’t have the receipt or packaging details. I haven’t contacted customer service yet.

I request a detailed explanation from Nivea about why this product might cause such a reaction, as well as a replacement or refund if possible. I would also like to know whether other users have reported similar experiences and what steps the company plans to take to resolve this issue.
