I purchased three separate Nivea Men Deep Dimension sticks, and all of them broke apart and crumbled. I reached out to the company to report the issue, and they assured me they would contact me, but it’s been 5 months, and I’ve heard nothing. The product itself is great, but at least one-third of it is unusable due to this problem. I’m really disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service.
