I Bought Two Nivea Roll-Ons and Both Applicators Jammed Completely
I purchased two Nivea Black & White Invisible roll-on deodorants, and after a short period of use, both products’ rotating applicator heads completely jammed, making them impossible to use. I encountered this issue about one month ago and reported it to Nivea’s official customer service through their website, but I haven’t received any response since then.
I bought the products from a major retail chain, and I no longer have the receipt or invoice. The expiration dates are still valid, and since the same issue occurred with both items, I believe this could be a manufacturing defect rather than a one-time problem.
I am requesting a replacement for the defective products and expect a quick resolution to this issue.
