North Face Tracking Shoes Fell Apart After Few Uses, No Support Available

I purchased tracking shoes from North Face, expecting durability, but after only a few uses, the soles started separating, and the shoes crumbled like sand. I’ve been unable to find anyone to take responsibility for this defective product, and there’s no support or contact willing to help resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable for shoes marketed as durable to fail so quickly and to be left without any assistance from the company. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service from North Face.
