I Got New Dark Spots After Using Nivea Anti-Dark Spot Serum and Creams

I purchased Nivea’s Anti-Dark Spot Serum, along with the night and day creams, after seeing them advertised as products that reduce the appearance of existing spots and prevent new ones from forming. Unfortunately, my experience was completely the opposite.

I initially began using these products to help prevent a few small spots on my hands from spreading. Not only did they fail to reduce the existing ones, but new dark spots also started appearing—especially on my face, where I had no discoloration prior to using these creams.

I am extremely disappointed. The product claims are misleading and create false hope for people who genuinely trust the Nivea brand and invest in skincare solutions. My skin has worsened despite carefully following the directions for use. Nivea should be held accountable for advertising results it cannot deliver.

I expect an explanation and resolution from the company. Consumers deserve transparency and safety when it comes to products they apply directly to their skin. Please take this complaint seriously and offer appropriate support or compensation for the damage caused.
