I Used Nivea Sun Protection & Bronze and It Felt Like Alcohol, Not Oil

About five months ago, I purchased Nivea Sun Protection & Bronze tanning oil from a Gratis store, but I only started using it recently. The product’s texture doesn’t feel oily at all — instead, it’s watery and alcohol-heavy. Previously, when I used the same product, it had a thick, dark yellow oil texture, but this one is clear, watery, and smells unpleasant.
After applying it, I also noticed that it removed my nail polish, acting almost like acetone, which I found extremely concerning. There are no visible issues with the packaging or expiration date, and the product appeared sealed and intact. The problems started immediately upon first use.
I no longer have the receipt or invoice, but I request that Nivea investigate this product, and if necessary, issue a refund or replacement. I also expect a clear explanation from the brand regarding the difference in texture, color, and composition, which makes me doubt the product’s authenticity or formula consistency.
