Nivea Men Cream Roll-On Defective Product Complaint

While using the Nivea Men Black and White cream-form roll-on deodorant, the cream section broke off and fell to the ground twice. The first time, I assumed it was a coincidence, but the same issue occurred again yesterday. I purchased the product from File Market, but unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt.

I previously attempted to contact Nivea customer service, but their website was not properly set up for submitting complaints, so I couldn’t reach anyone. I am requesting that the defective product be replaced with a new one.
