Nivea Sold Me a Roll-On Deodorant That Crumbles and Is Completely Unusable

Hello, I encountered a problem I never expected from Nivea. When issues like this happen with products whose prices are already rising, it feels like being humiliated with your own money. I had high expectations from this brand, believing in its quality, but I was truly disappointed. Considering how many alternatives are available, I feel like I made the wrong choice. How much does a roll-on deodorant cost anyway? As you can see in the image, the product crumbles like snow and breaks into flakes. It is completely unusable.
