I Bought Nivea Roll-On and Its Applicator Stopped Working After a Few Uses
I purchased the Nivea Black & White roll-on deodorant from Gratis. About one week after purchase, and after only two or three uses, the applicator head broke, making the product unusable. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue — the same problem occurred with the same product before, so it seems to be a recurring defect.
I no longer have the receipt or invoice, and I have not yet contacted Nivea customer service. Since this packaging defect keeps happening, I request that Nivea replace the product and take action to prevent this issue from recurring. I expect my grievance to be resolved promptly.
