I purchased Nivea’s Soothing Face Cleansing Foam for Sensitive Skin from Ceylan Karavil AVM in Diyarbakır, during a discount sale. I used the product for the first time today, and it caused severe redness, burning, and irritation on my face. I had experienced a similar reaction before when using Nivea’s blue-colored facial cleansing foam.
Immediately after noticing the reaction, I rinsed my face thoroughly and did not apply any other treatment. The lot number printed on the product is 107201007, but I couldn’t find any expiration date information on the packaging.
I request that Nivea replace the product and offer a quick resolution for this issue. Experiencing such a reaction from a product specifically marketed for sensitive skin is unacceptable, and I expect swift action from the brand.
