Resurfaced Nissan Qashqai Defective Paint

On October 13, 2025, I purchased my 2025 Nissan Qashqai Designpack from the Görkem Nissan dealership in Avcılar, Istanbul, paying a total of ₺2,050,000, with chassis number SJNJ12TA2U2225466. On October 15, 2025, I took the vehicle to an independent expert for a detailed body and paint inspection. The report showed that while the paint thickness across most areas of the car measured between 90–110 microns, the upper section of the right rear door had a 5 cm-wide area with a paint thickness of 160 microns. Additionally, there were tape marks on the curved part of the door, as well as polishing residues on the chrome trim and door seal area (only on the right side), while no such marks were found on the left. I reported this issue to Ms. Ö***, an authorized representative at Görkem Nissan, but she claimed that the paint was factory-applied and offered no solution. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages and phone calls, I received no official response. I have the expert report and supporting photos as evidence. Since my supposedly brand-new vehicle shows paintwork and processing marks inconsistent with factory standards, it should be considered a defective product. Under the terms of the warranty and sales agreement, I request either a replacement vehicle or a full refund. Otherwise, I will initiate legal proceedings and kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
